Where do you deliver?
To check if we deliver to your area, please visit www.glacedreams.com/order and enter your postcode. You’ll be able to see right away if delivery is available to you.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery fees are managed by trusted third-party partners and go directly to the driver.
Fees start at £5.95 for deliveries up to 0.5 miles and increase with distance, reaching £13.00 for deliveries between 4.5–5.0 miles.
For any large orders over £150, fees start at £24.95 for distances up to 2.0 miles and gradually increase, reaching £33.95 for deliveries between 3.5–5.0 miles
How does the loyalty points system work?
When you place an order on our website, you’ll automatically earn points based on the total value of your basket, excluding delivery fee
How can I redeem my reward? How does it work?
Rewards are unlocked as you accumulate points and can be redeemed once you reach the required tier.
For example, when you reach 100 points, you can redeem one of the following rewards:
- Free Iced Bubble Tea
- 50% off a Regular Hot Coffee
- 50% off a Regular Iced Latte
Your reward will remain in your account once it has been earned, so you can use it whenever you like. Rewards can be redeemed one at a time per order. To redeem, make sure the eligible item is added to your basket. Your reward option will then appear at checkout.
How can I check my delivery?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order number along with a link to track your delivery driver in real time, including an estimated delivery time.

How do I check or claim my points?
Go to the order page and click on your account in the top-right corner. You’ll be able to see how many stamps or points you’ve collected.
Once you’ve collected enough to redeem a reward, the order page will automatically update to reflect this (it will appear as a free item).
When can I collect loyalty rewards?
Earn points and unlock rewards every time you order online whether for delivery, collection, or pre-order. Want to pick up in person? No problem! Place your order online and collect in store while still earning your points.
