Our story began with a simple frustration: too much sameness and too little imagination. With the lack of flavours in the area, we felt ice cream deserved more thought, depth, and refinement.

Founded in the winter of late 2024 – a season perfectly suited to quiet creativity; our shop was born from the belief that exceptional ice cream transcends trends and temperature.

We source exclusively from respected, award-winning producers, working with both independent artisans and established houses renowned for their craft. Every individual flavour is chosen with intention guided by quality, provenance, and balance.

Our collection is distinctive. From the depth of black vanilla to the intrigue of salted liquorice, the warmth of apple pie and the brightness of seabuckthorn gelato, each offering is carefully curated.

Among them is blackcurrant clotted cream, a flavour served at Buckingham Palace – a quiet testament to its elegance.
