Do you have indoor or outdoor seating?
At the moment, we have comfortable indoor seating available.
Is parking available nearby?
There’s convenient parking available around the area.
Are you family-friendly?
Absolutely! Families and kids are always welcome. Please note that we’re a small shop, so seating is limited.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Friendly pets are welcome! We kindly ask that dogs are well-behaved so everyone can enjoy a peaceful visit. 🐾

Do you have sugar-free or low-sugar flavours?
At the moment, we don't have any sugar-free or low-sugar options, however we are always on the lookout for new flavours so keep checking back on our website, in-store and our social media for new releases!
Are your ice creams made in-house?
Our ice cream is sourced from award-winning suppliers. This allows us to offer an exciting and extensive range of flavours - all in one place for you to enjoy.
Do flavours change seasonally?
We try to keep our flavours available year-round, but yes, they do change often! Any updates are usually shared daily on our social media. You can also check our latest menu and allergen information for the most up-to-date details.
Can I sample flavours before ordering?
Of course! We’re happy for you to sample before choosing. We do kindly ask that sampling isn’t abused, and we reserve the right to limit samples when needed.

Do you have nut-free options?

How do you handle food allergies?
We take food allergies very seriously. Each flavour’s ingredients and allergens are clearly detailed on our website, and we also have a full allergen sheet available in-store for you to review before ordering. If you have specific dietary requirements, our team will be happy to help guide you through the options.
Is there a risk of cross-contamination?
We take steps to minimise cross-contamination as much as possible. Our scoops are never mixed between ice cream containers and are set aside for cleaning after use. With over 120 scoops washed daily, we greatly reduce the risk. However, as we handle multiple allergens on-site, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we do offer gluten-free options. As recipes and flavours can change, we recommend checking our allergen information at www.glacedreams.com/menu or speaking to a member of our team in-store for the latest details.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless payments for your convenience.
Do you accept contactless and mobile payments?
Yes. We accept contactless payments, including mobile wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other tap-enabled payment options.
Do you accept cash?
Yes. We accept cash for all in-store purchases.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems that comply with industry security standards. We do not store your card details.
JUSTEAT ORDER
Why is it more expensive than our in-store menu?
Just Eat charges us a minimum commission of 30% + VAT, along with additional service fees. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to pass some of these costs on to the end customer when ordering through the Just Eat platform.
Why is my order late?
Just Eat assigns delivery drivers based on availability in your area, which is outside of our control.
To ensure your food is fresh and hot, we only begin preparing your meal once a driver has been assigned to collect your order.
For ice cream orders, we store them in a dedicated freezer at –21°C until the driver arrives, helping preserve freshness and texture during delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
All cancellations must be made directly through the Just Eat app, as they manage payments and orders on their platform.
